Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how RE·AI Pro ("the App"), developed and published by Fusion X Tools ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information in connection with your use of the application available on Google Play.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains clearly and transparently what data — if any — is collected, how it is used, and what rights you have as a user.

By downloading and using RE·AI Pro, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Do NOT Collect

RE·AI Pro is designed to function entirely offline and without any form of data collection. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data (GPS or network-based)
Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, or similar)
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Crash reports or diagnostic data
Contacts, camera, or microphone data

      RE·AI Pro does not require an account, login, or registration 
      of any kind. You can use the full app anonymously.
    

Local Data Storage

Certain features of RE·AI Pro store data locally on your device to improve your experience. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

The following data is stored locally:

Favorite Prompts — The list of prompts you have marked as favorites is saved in your device's local browser storage.
Custom Prompts — Any prompts you create and save through the "My Prompts" feature are stored locally on your device only.

This local data can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data through your device settings. Uninstalling the app will also permanently remove all locally stored data.

Internet Permissions

RE·AI Pro may request internet permission solely for the purpose of loading web fonts (typography) for display purposes when a connection is available. This does not involve any data collection, user tracking, or server communication of any kind.

The app is fully functional without an internet connection. All 102 prompts and all app features work completely offline.

Third-Party Services

RE·AI Pro does not integrate any third-party services, including:

Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
Advertising networks or SDKs
Social media SDKs
Crash reporting tools
Cloud storage or sync services
Payment processors within the app

The app is a self-contained offline tool. No data is shared with any external service or third party.

Children's Privacy

RE·AI Pro is intended for use by professional adults, specifically real estate agents, realtors, brokers, and marketing professionals.

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this app, please contact us. Since we collect no data, there is nothing to delete, but we are happy to address any concerns.

Data Security

Since RE·AI Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers, the risk of a data breach is effectively zero from our side.

All locally stored data (favorites and custom prompts) is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms. We recommend keeping your device updated and secured with a passcode for general device security.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) are not applicable in the conventional sense. However, you retain full control over your locally stored data:

You can clear your favorites and custom prompts at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings.
Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data from your device.
No data request, deletion request, or account closure is necessary because no account or data exists on our end.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app's features or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Significant changes will be communicated through an app update note on the Google Play Store listing.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international privacy standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

As no personal data is collected, RE·AI Pro is fully compliant with these regulations by design.
